Tasting Notes:
This wine was fermented in tight-grained French oak barrels and then was aged “sur lie” for 8 1/2 months. The barrels were stirred bi-weekly, adding roundness and texture to the finished wine. Currently, this wine possesses a beautiful brilliant pale straw gold color. Pineapple, citrus and toasty oak scents lead to a medium bodied, supple entry full of apple, pear, hazelnut and creamy oak flavors that persist into a crisp, long finish.
